Good to know Terms and conditions of refunds/changes To be eligible for a refund/changes on any our tour products, the following steps must be taken: Refund/changes must be requested in writing by contacting your operation manager via booking made channel (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct messages) At least 24 hours prior tour departure -100% of amount will be returned to customer, 24-12 hours prior tour departure 50% of amount, less than 12 hours prior to tour departure- NO REFUND. Tour departure is indicated in your booking confirmation. * please note that weather conditions do not affect term number 2 Customers can request to reschedule their booking at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation after rescheduling is not a subject to refund. Tour departure is indicated in your booking confirmation.
